Unlmtd Soles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our control.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Unlmtd Soles is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information confirms delivery, Unlmtd Soles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Any issues after delivery must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
